Objective 1
To improve uptake and access to health information services among vulnerable youths and pastoralist populations within our coverage.
PIDI focuses on providing essential health information, promoting preventive healthcare practices, and ensuring accessible health services for marginalized groups, particularly vulnerable youths and women of reproductive age.
Objective 2
To Promote uptake of maternal new born child health service
Approaches
01
PIDI will conduct continuous engagement of CHAs, CHPS in respective community health units Conducting community outreach and education programs to raise awareness about maternal, newborn, and child health issues.

Promoting healthy behaviors and practices within communities. Linking CHPS to pregnant and lactating mothers to enhance uptake of ANC services, immunization and minimize home deliveries.

Identify PMTCT mothers link them to treatment supporters/ Mentor Mothers and provide adequate treatment literacy to reduce cases of mother to child transmission among pastoralist mothers.
